Spring Studios-Where I work

This is where I work, Spring studios in Kentish town in north London. Apart from 7 months away I have been here 5 years, working in 10sp, the bar/restaurant at the studios as their pastry chef.

I am responsible for coming up with concepts for afternoon teas, desserts, bar snacks & bespoke cakes for clients and functions…..all with seasons, Flavour and  of course sparkle in mind
